These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Toro Photo Company website (the “Site”). “Toro Photo Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Toro Photo Company. You may not:

Upload Digital Products to shared/public drives or membership libraries
Remove copyright notices or claim the Digital Product as your own
Use Digital Products to create competing products or offerings
We reserve the right to revoke access or pursue remedies if misuse occurs.
5) Digital Products Return Policy

17) Arbitration
