Our wedding photography process is designed to be seamless, organized, and deeply peaceful from start to finish. From your initial inquiry and heartfelt consultation to booking, timeline planning, and the day you say "I do," we are here to guide you every step of the way.
With a candid, documentary approach and a focus on natural, timeless imagery, we handle the details so you can truly rest, stay present, and soak in every sacred moment while we capture it all. Shortly after your wedding, you’ll receive a beautiful preview to share with loved ones, followed by a fully edited, high-resolution online gallery. We make the entire experience effortless, leaving you free to focus on what matters most... each other and the beautiful covenant you are making.
We’ll start by reviewing your "Branding Playbook" goals and selecting the first outfit-to-backdrop pairing. As we cue up your custom CEO playlist, we’ll do a quick light test and a "practice pose" to get the nerves out and the confidence up.

If everything feels right and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a custom proposal with your photography package, contract, and retainer invoice. Once those are complete, your date is officially secured on our calendar, and we can start counting down the days to your beautiful forever!

Leading up to your wedding, we are here as a resource for timeline guidance, finding the most beautiful light, and anything else you need to ensure your day runs smoothly and peacefully. Do you have liability insurance?
Absolutely! If your wedding venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), we are more than happy to provide it. Ensuring all necessary documentation is handled seamlessly is just one of the ways we protect your day and give you complete peace of mind.
COIs are typically sent directly to your venue about 1–2 months prior to your wedding date, ensuring everything is perfectly in place well before you walk down the aisle.
Can we set up a meeting? Where are you located?
Once you’ve reached out and we’ve confirmed availability for your wedding date, we love to connect on a video call. This gives us a beautiful opportunity to hear your vision, walk through our photography collections, and make sure we are the perfect team to serve you on your sacred day.
To easily accommodate your schedule, we typically host these consultation calls Monday through Thursday, with both early afternoon and evening openings available.
Have you photographed at my venue?
There’s a great chance we’ve photographed at your venue before. With years of experience capturing love stories in Jacksonville and across North Florida, we are deeply familiar with many of the area’s most beloved spaces and know exactly how to make the most of their unique charm and lighting.
If your venue happens to be new to us, we take the time to scout it thoroughly in advance—seeking out the most beautiful pockets of natural light, scenic backdrops, and quiet spaces for your portraits. This careful preparation ensures we arrive on your wedding day with total confidence, ready to honor your celebration and capture your images beautifully.
How long until we get our photos back? How many do we usually get back?
For engagement sessions, your final gallery is typically delivered within 1–2 weeks. We know many couples use these sweet images for save-the-dates and announcements, so we prioritize a quick turnaround without ever compromising quality. A standard one-hour engagement session includes approximately 50–100 fully edited, high-resolution images.
For weddings, you’ll receive a beautiful preview gallery within 3–4 days—perfect for reliving those first moments of marriage and sharing the joy with family and friends right away. Your full wedding gallery is delivered within 4–6 weeks and includes approximately 800–1200 professionally edited, high-resolution images from an 8–12 hour wedding day, capturing every sacred detail of your forever beginning.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! We love destination weddings and are always honored to travel wherever your love story calls us. If you are planning a celebration outside of the Jacksonville area, we would love to hear all about your vision.
When you inquire, simply share your location and travel details, and we’ll check our availability. We are always filled with gratitude for the opportunity to document God's grace and your beautiful beginning in new, meaningful places!
What happens if it rains or there is inclement weather on our wedding day?
We always trust that your day will be absolutely perfect, exactly as it is meant to be! If the weather throws us a curveball, there is no need to stress. We are highly experienced in finding beautiful indoor lighting, utilizing elegant covered spaces, or even embracing a romantic rainy moment with clear umbrellas. We always have a backup plan so your day remains peaceful and joyful.
How long do you keep our photos for? Are they backed up somewhere? What happens if we lose them?

We treat your wedding images with the utmost care, knowing they are a priceless legacy of the day you made your sacred covenant.
From the second we capture a moment, your photos are immediately written to two separate memory cards right inside our cameras. As soon as we return home, they are backed up onto multiple physical hard drives as well as a secure cloud storage system.
We guarantee that your full online gallery will remain active and available for download for one full year after your wedding day. After that first year, we archive your images in our long-term cloud storage for up to 5 years.
If you ever happen to lose your copies down the road, don't worry! Just reach out to us, and we will happily jump into our archives, reactivate your gallery, and get your beautiful memories right back into your hands. We’ve got you covered!
How do we officially lock in our date with you?
To respect all of our couples and ensure equal availability, dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Your wedding date is officially secured on our calendar once we receive a signed digital contract and a $1,000 retainer payment. Both can be completed effortlessly in just a few minutes right through our secure online client portal!
We are a bit awkward in front of the camera. Will you guide us?
Please don't worry—almost everyone tells us this! Our goal is to make you feel completely comfortable, confident, and free to be yourselves. We don't do stiff, unnatural posing. Instead, we use gentle, intentional direction—giving you simple things to do or focus on together—so that your real connection and joy shine through naturally.
